How to replace the batter of the welding helmet?

Here is a fast guide to help you replace the battery

Prepare a Phillips screwdriver before we start.

First, we need to remove the head band in case it would get in the way while we are doing the job.

The head band was hooked on the component, to remove the head band, we just need to press the button and hold it, then pull or push the head band to remove it from the component.

After the band was removed, there will be plenty of room for us to loosen the screws on the frame.

Remove the screws, don’t lose it, then remove the cover of the frame.

Here is the battery compartment, now let’s take the lens out, if you had trouble take it out with your hand, just pick the helmet up and turn it upside down. The lens should be easy to get out.

Now, Let’s take out the battery compartment, replace the dead battery with a new battery, the battery type is CR2032.

Before you put the battery back, make sure the positive side facing upwards, this is critical important.

Now we put it back. Don’t need too much force to put it in, as long as the compartment position is correct.

Okay, put back the frame cover, again, place it right, save some strength.

Tighten the Screws. Make sure we’ve done it perfectly.

The final step, install the hand band back, like how we remove it a while back, we just need to press this button and hold it, align the corresponding position on the headband with the groove on the component. Push or pull to install.
